We are looking for a creative and passionate Multimedia Staff to support the visual and digital content needs of our company. This role plays a key part in producing engaging visual materials to support marketing, branding, and both internal and external communications.
Create visual content such as photos, videos, and graphic designs for various platforms (social media, website, print, etc.)
Support the production process from pre-production to shooting and final editing
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative visual concepts
Document company events and activities visually
Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines
Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field
Proficient in design and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, or design work
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Willing to work onsite in Sumbang, Banyumas
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive with a strong sense of initiative
Aware of digital content trends and visual storytelling
