Operators are responsible for technically operating production machinery and equipment. This role is crucial in maintaining product consistency and ensuring that machines are operated safely and efficiently according to applicable procedures.
Operate production machinery in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Perform routine checks on machines before and after use.
Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and machinery (5S principles).
Immediately report any technical malfunctions or machine issues.
Ensure production output meets requested specifications.
Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
Previous experience as a machine operator in a factory is preferred.
High level of discipline and adherence to work safety regulations (K3).
Honest, resilient, and responsible.
Willing to work onsite in Sumbang, Banyumas.
Willing to work in a shift system if required.
Physically and mentally healthy.
