We are looking for a dedicated Production Staff to oversee and ensure the smooth running of our coconut product production processes. This role is responsible for production planning, monitoring workflow, and ensuring that output targets are achieved according to established quality standards.
Prepare daily production plans based on company targets.
Monitor the production process from raw materials to finished products.
Perform regular quality control (QC) to ensure products meet standards.
Manage the efficient use of raw materials and labor in the production area.
Prepare periodic production reports (daily/weekly).
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock availability.
Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and food safety standards (HACCP/ISO).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is highly preferred).
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and target-driven.
Willing to work onsite in Sumbang, Banyumas.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit with good stamina.
Proactive with strong problem-solving skills in the field.
